SweatNow Contract

This contract been The Client and The Sweat Lab is in force for 1 month from the Contract Start Date, with the automatic renewal for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either The Guest or The Sweat Lab, with notification of 30 days within advance of the next billing date.

Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees

The Client agrees to pay The Sweat Lab recurring fees as follows: $49/Month plus tax via Client Authorized Automatic Credit Card Payment in monthly increments by any other means other than Client's credit card is not permitted without The Sweat Lab's authorization.

I understand that I need to give 1 week notice through email or in written form to info@thesweatlab.com to cancel the month to month contract, otherwise my credit card will continue to be charged.
