Reservations & Cancellations

Life happened and I can’t make it. All good, here’s the reservation/cancellation policy

Reservations

Can be made one week in advance & a valid class package must be purchased in order to do so.

Your reservation will be held for up to 5 minutes prior to your class, at which time your spot will be released to one of our walk-in guests

Cancellations

We know life happens, so in the event you need to cancel out of a class here’s what you need to know.

CGY

There is a 3 hour late cancellation policy for any daytime and evening classes, with the exception of 6am classes in which it is an 8 hour cancellation window. Please remove yourself out of classes using the MindBody scheduling website or app outside of these cancellation windows. If you cancel your class within this late cancel timeframe, a class will be deducted from your passes or you will be charged $15 late cancel fee if you are on a monthly or yearly membership. If you are on the waitlist please ensure you remove yourself off the waitlist to be sure, as you can be added in to class anytime up until your class starts.

NVR

There is a 8 hour late cancellation policy for all classes. Please remove yourself out of classes using the MindBody scheduling website or app outside of this cancellation period.

Wait Lists

Classes start promptly and the studio doors will sometimes be locked as a result. We recommend that you arrive prior to the class start time to ensure entry into the studio.

If the class you wish to sign up for is full, we highly recommend the wait-list. As spots become available, you will automatically be added to the class & will receive an email or text notification, allowing you to accept or decline. If you think wait-lists are so last-year, arrive at the Lab early & try and snag a spot on a first come first serve basis.
