"Sow an act, and you reap a habit. Sow a habit, and you reap a character. Sow a character, and you reap a destiny."

Don’t let his smile and goofy jokes fool you — Tyler is such a unique human with many layers,
and tough to fully describe. “Contrast is what I strive for, because predictability is boring. I want
my character to resemble a maze, having those who are brave enough to enter be in awe at
how many options there are to go.”
This engineer has many talents including cross stich embroidery, line drawing, and of course
teaching spin. His fitness journey started by watching WWE with his dad, and being fascinated
by how big the guys were. “Each muscle was perfectly sculpted and from that point on I knew I
wanted to look like them. He told me that I had to wait until I was 15 before I started to workout
or my growth would be stunted. At age 15 I started doing pushups and using the Bowflex that
was in our basement. The rest was history…”
It is no doubt you’ll have fun in Tyler’s class: “I want people to have fun in my class, yet be
challenged. It is how I like to run my own life, using humour to help propel myself forward into
more inspiring situations where growth is the only option.”
