Dancing since the tender age of 3, Katherine comes to us from the professional dance world – 12 years dancing on cruise ships and a member of a local non-profit dance company. Her technical background is evident in her classes but is often outshined by her hilarious personality, bringing her own brand of fun and funky every single time. When not at the barre, this cookie connoisseur can be found managing a local clinic, organizing… everything, or hooting and hollering at a Flames game.

At The Lab, expect to pulse to huge beats, gangster music from back in the day, RnB, Top 40, and of course a little Country. By the end of each class, Katherine strives to ensure everyone feels “Satisfaction. I want them to feel like I’ve pushed them to their limit and got them to their next level.
