It’s hard not to feel Amina’s infectious energy, in fact you’ll probably hear her say “YEAHHHH BABY I SEE YOU” in class because she’s all about that – “leaving that room feeling badass, strong and proud of the 50 minutes they busted in that room. Also feeling like you stepped out of a sweaty music video! I want them to know they did this all themselves.” Amina brings intensity, fun, with a little gangsta vibe on the side.

When she’s not at The Lab, Amina loves cooking for her family (and eating all the nachos), she’s works in wealth management and clothing boutique owner.

You wouldn’t believe it when you see her up on the bike, but one of the biggest challenges for her was auditioning to teach spin in the first place. “I’m an extroverted introvert, so to be up there, show my passion and love for music and spin, knowing that I may fail was a challenging moment for me.” Check her out rockin’ the bike to Hip Hop, RnB, Old School and House beats.
