Reconnect with your strength and bond with your baby in our Parent and Baby Strength class, designed specifically for postpartum moms or caregivers. This class provides a supportive and welcoming environment where you can rebuild your core, improve muscle tone, and regain your energy-all while keeping your little one close.
With focus on safe and effective exercises, our certified instructor will guide you through a variety of functional strength building exercises, using body weight, appropriate weights, and resistance bands.
Who is it for:
* New moms cleared for exercise by their healthcare provider.
*Babies aged 6 weeks to 14 months.
What to bring:
*Comfortable workout clothes
*Water bottle
*A blanket or carrier if needed
