Amy played sports most of her life and was always interested in fitness and health. It was a natural progression from playing soccer at Dalhousie University to getting her BSc. in Kinesiology. After moving to Calgary in1997, Amy has been training and coaching people ever since and has never looked back. In her Circuit classes, Amy challenges you because she “wants people to realize their potential to work within their boundaries but to learn their boundaries are higher than they thought.” A big fan of kitchen dance parties, Amy spends her time outside of The Lab chasing after 3 kids, as a mom taxi driver, and an ultrasound technologist.
