Known for being that annoyingly positive person who is constantly “dragging” her friends along for the ride, Chelsea got her start in spin when her best friend asked to join her at a 6am spin class in 2013 that would change her life. In her spin classes, Chelsea “wants everyone to have fun and feel a part of something from the moment they enter my class to the moment they leave. I want each client to walk away feeling energized, empowered and alive! I hope to challenge people to be their best self and inspire them to succeed by focusing on their strengths and staying positive on their fitness journey!”
An interior designer and project manager by day, Chelsea loves spending her time in many sweat dates with her hubby and friends, cuddling her dog, trips to the mountains in winter, bike rides in summer, but if we’re being completely honest she spends most of her time eating! Whether that’s at lunch, brunch, or dinner dates,, Chelsea is always trying out new restaurants in Calgary, and on continual the hunt for the perfect Old Fashioned.
